1. Get In Touch
Start your journey with our passionate and knowledgeable team, who are here to guide you through every step.
The first stage of the design process requires some discussion and brainstorming about what you have in mind. Sometimes we suggest creating a ‘mood board’ to collate images of designs and styles that inspire you.
Using our expertise and in-store designs, we’ll discuss metals, settings, and styles to inspire the perfect ring. During this stage, we’ll also talk about budget expectations, ensuring we source the highest quality gemstones within your desired range.
2. Design & Gemstone Selection
We’ll help you choose the perfect combination of gemstone, metal and setting to create a ring that feels uniquely yours. In store, you can explore a wide range of ring styles, settings and designs to help you discover what you love.
Browse our beautiful collection of loose diamonds and precious gemstones, each hand-selected by our expert gemmologists, Susie and Lisa. Seeing and holding the stones in their loose form is a special part of the design experience, allowing you to find the one that truly stands out to you.
3.) Final Design
Once the initial design is outlined, we’ll create a custom sketch and incorporate any special requests. At this stage, we’ll provide a firm quote and, if desired, a CAD digital design to give you a clear picture of your ring before production begins. Your satisfaction with the design is our priority, and we’ll ensure every detail is perfect before moving forward.
