2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in NZD and include GST (unless otherwise stated). Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed once payment is received in full. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods available at checkout. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

4. Shipping

We ship orders from our store the next business day using NZ Post. Estimated delivery times are:

for urban addresses
for rural delivery

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return unless faulty. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

6. Product Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of all products. However, slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur due to screen differences or the handmade nature of certain items.

7. Custom Orders

Custom pieces are made to order and require a non-refundable deposit. Final design details must be approved before production begins. Timeframes and costs will be discussed during the consultation process.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, text, and logos—is the property of Max Wilson Jewellers or its content suppliers and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
